OK - but they do not answer emails

I bought a Shuttle from Real Computer a couple of years ago and took it back when XP died on me recently. They rescued my data, for which I am super grateful, so they know what they are doing (my previous experience was of technicians who claim that reformatting the disk is the only answer to operating system crashes). Whilst customer service and technical advice in Eccleshall Road is fine, and I would happily go back, note they do not answer emails and get in muddles transferring phone calls.
